Nickel hot work tool steel with good hardenability. It is resistant to impact loadings.

Hot working:

Forging temperature range: 1180-850℃

Note: Heat to 1200 ℃. Do not forge below 850.

Heat treatment:

Soft annealing As annealed hardness(≤ HB30) Hardening Temper
680-710 250 848-870 400-650

Forge drop hammer dies for deep engravings, moulding part dies
