20MnCr5 is low-carbon, chromium, carburizing steel with low case hardenability and low-to-medium core hardenability. This steel is available as hot worked and cold finished bar, rod, and wire; seamless mechanical tubing; and

Hot working:

Forging temperature range: 1245-850℃

Note: Heat to 1245 ℃. Do not forge below 850.
